- Once you have provided necessary information regarding your patient, the tool will suggest whether the patient is a good candidate for the SML or not.
- The results of the evaluation can be saved in a PDF file and printed out.
- The Tool facilitates a request / order process by which users can conveniently send the form with all necessary data, including the patient evaluation, directly to our scientific teams.
- The request is then evaluated and forwarded to the medical devices provider representing Medicontur in your country, who will contact you.
